Brielle's 4th Birthday!

The birthday girl!
Today Brielle is 4 years old! She is getting so big so fast! We had a garden fairy princess party for her today and it was a lot of fun! My dad came to visit for Bri's birthday and he helped me with all the decorating for the party. He was awesome! I would tell him were i wanted things and he would put things up. I dont think he was expecting to do so much work on his vacation. Sorry dad! Thanks for helping me with everything!
Here is the cake that i baked and then my friend Kelly put it together, frosted it and decorated it. She works at a bakery and decorates cakes professionally and she offered to decorate bri's for me.
i I think she did an amazing job! She even put edible pearls on it.

There were 22 kids at the party. The boys got swords and shields and were knights while the girls wore wings and skirts to be fairies.
i got the side walk chalk 75% off at target dollar bin so i paid 25 cents each! then i found these cute little candy boxes 10 for a dollar at the dollar store. all together 35 cents each party favor. for the boys i gave then chalk with a little happy birthday box in boy colors.
i set up four kid tables and had centerpieces made from dippy cups from the dollar store and pixxi sticks and flowers.

i went to burger king and got 22 crowns for free. they even had girl and boy specific ones. then my dad spray painted them silver for me. the kids used stickers to decorate them and wore them with their dress up stuff. i think they turned out cute!
i found these star and tiara suckers at the dollar store. i got 10 for a dollar and then i put them in the top of addis empty baby snack can. i made 3 for the food table.
this is the cotton candy tree for the fairy treasure hunt.
i made these decorations out of shoe boxes that already had string and i wrapped them in wrapping paper. then i put these cute felt birds that i found in the dollar bin at target. the flowers are bri's clips for her hair that were just clipped on.

i made brielle's banner with scrapbook paper, stickers, ribbon and her beaded name from her wall in her bedroom.
we hung balloon from the ceiling
i used all of bris icture frames, fairies, and the bird houses that i had made for her room to decorate the food table.
my dad made a canopy of rope and streamers for me to hang the lanterns. these were left over from my sisters wedding reception. then i hung more of bri's flower clips on the ropes. it looked soo cute!
for the workshop table i got flowers and large water bottles from the dollar store and used bri's birdcage jewelry holder for the girls rings they got on the fairy hunt. then i put a ton of stickers in bowls for them to decorate their bags and crowns.

my dad made wings for the back of the candy dresses to make them look like fairies.

Today, Carter had a swim party at our house. We had 4 blow up pools and two slip and slides. There were beach balls, water balls, water guns and water balloons. The kids had so much fun!

I used all of our pool floaties to decorate the walls.I bought the guitars and some of the other decorations at the dollar store and used scrap book paper and wrapping paper for a lot of decorating.I THINK THAT THE DECORATIONS TURNED OUT CUTE, MINUS THE UGLY ORANGE CORD THAT LANDON STUCK UNDER THE TABLE.

WE SCORED ON THE BIG POOL! IT WAS 75% OFF AT TARGET. SO WE GOT IT FOR $25.I SERVED A BUNCH OF KID SNACKS LIKE POPCORN, PRETZELS, ANIMAL CRACKERS, GOLDFISH, MARSHMALLOWS, MINI CINNAMON ROLLS, MINI BROWNIES, FRUITS AND VEGGIES.The party turned out great and Carter got spoiled!!!!!
